Fergus Anderson, Lecturer at Crossfields International, defended his Doctorate at Alanus University yesterday and was awarded with ‘magna cum laude’. His thesis on the ‘Dynamic Phenomenology of Conscious Occurrent Thinking: a first person approach’ will soon be available to the general public. Congratulations from his colleagues at the Institute.
New self-regulated qualification in Integrative Medicine
Crossfields Institute and the Portland Centre for Integrative Medicine are delighted to announce that a new self-regulated qualification in integrative medicine has been launched.
Crossfields Institute Level 7 Diploma in Integrative Medicine (SRQ)
is now open for registrations.
The aims of this qualification are to develop the theoretical and practical knowledge, the critical and analytic abilities and the professional and reflective practice of health care professionals to help them transform health care into a more effective and compassionate practice that respects the individual as a whole person.
The Portland Centre is a centre of excellence for Integrative Medicine (IM) that supports the transformation of health care, combining the best of conventional and complementary care to deliver a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. The Portland Centre brings together a team of professionals focused on health promotion, self-care and lifestyle, supporting connections between mind and body and individuals and their communities.
Crossfields Institute is a Gloucestershire based education charity, approved by Ofqual (the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulations in England) as an awarding organisation. The Institute specialises in the development niche qualifications for providers with a particular vision or ethos.
